Logo files

Clean files make clean stitching. Embroidery and patches are traced from your artwork, so the sharper the file, the better the hat.

Not sure what you have? Ask whoever designed your logo, or your marketing team, for the "vector" or EPS version. Most companies have one on file.

Where logos can go

Every spot is optional. Tell us which ones you want and send a file for each logo.

FrontMain logo. Embroidery, puff embroidery, PVC patch or leather patch.
SideAbove the ear. Small embroidery works best here.
BackAbove the strap: a website, slogan or small mark.
Inner linerPrinted tape inside the hat. Simple text or a tagline.
Pinch tagSmall woven tag on the side or back seam.

What happens next

  1. We send mock-ups. Usually a few design options using your logo.
  2. You pick and tweak. Change colors, placement or materials until it's right.
  3. You approve the quote. Final price based on your total quantity.
  4. We make your hats. Delivered to your door, about 30–40 days after you approve the design.
